A LEA SYMBOLS^® pediatric vision chart with 5 ft actual and 20 ft equivalent foot notations only. Features proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 5/32 to 5/2.5 (20/125 to 20/10) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response key, flash cards, and instructions.
