A LEA SYMBOLS^® pediatric vision chart with 10 foot and 20 foot notations only. Features 50% spaced rectangles (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) with line sizes from 10/40 to 10/8 (20/80 to 20/16) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response key, and instructions.
