This new innovative tool designed by Dr. David Lewerenz - affiliated with Northeastern State University - in conjunction with Gulden, goes beyond the usual use as an occluder and Maddox rod. With its calibrated scale in both centimeters and diopters, it can be used to measure the Amplitude of Accommodation and Near Point of Convergence.
