A stereoacuity depth preception test designed to be used at 10ft/3m to easily test for amblyopia and strabismus in early and non-readers and non-verbal children and adults. The distance test uses simple shapes with answers printed clearly on the back of each card. The stereopsis levels included in the set are 400, 200, 100, and 63 seconds of arc with a blank matching card. A demonstration card is also included. The distance stereo test cards contain no monocular clues.

The test set contains distance stereo cards, the Adult Stereoacuity Glasses, the Children's Stereoacuity Glasses, and a carrying case.
