HOTV Crowded Distance Chart

An HOTV translucent distance eye chart with crowded lines; line sizes range from 10/80 to 10/8 (3/24 to 3/2.4) equivalent. This chart can be used in an illuminated ESV1018 cabinet or hung on the wall. Features 10ft and 20ft notations. Set includes the chart, a response key, and instructions.

Dimensions: 10" x 18" (25.4 cm x 45.7 cm).
