Card printed on one side with LEA SYMBOLS^® and one side with Sloan Letters. The LEA SYMBOLS^® side includes optotypes on the bottom of the chart for familiarizing a child with the optotypes before screening and for use as a matching game when children do not want to verbally identify optotypes.
