HOTV Pediatric Eye Chart for Illuminated Cabinet

An HOTV pediatric eye chart featuring proportionally spaced lines. Line sizes range from 10/80 to 10/8 (20/160 to 20/16) equivalent. Lines 10/20 through 10/8 break out into two columns for repetitive or monocular vision testing (left eye/right eye). This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response key, and instructions. Features 10 ft and 20 ft notations only.

Dimensions: 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).

Testing distance: 10 feet/3 meters.
