An HOTV distance chart with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 10/80 to 10/8 (20/160 to 20/16) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Set includes the chart, a response panel, and instructions. This chart features 10 ft, and 20 ft notations only.
