Lenticular Near Fixation Stick

A near point fixation stick with lenticulars on one side and LEA SYMBOLS^®, LEA NUMBERS^®, and HOTV optotypes on the opposite. The lenticular side simulates a caterpillar morphing into a butterfly and a frog jumping.
