The 50% spaced rectangles (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) have line sizes from 10/50 to 10/4 (3/15 to 3/1.2) equivalent. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Response key and instructions are included.
Notations include actual letter size for 10 foot and 3 meter measurements found on the left side of the chart. Equivalent letter sizes notations include 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and Log MAR measurements found on the right side of the chart.
